Tobys Suwyl was a Charisian banker and merchant.
Around the Year of God 865, he left Charis and made an expatriate home in the Charisian Quarter of the Siddarmarkian capital of Siddar. Over time, he became a well respected member of the city's business community.
He was also a fierce Temple Loyalist. (HFAF)
