Admiral Thomas was a citizen of the Terran Federation and a flag officer of the Terran Federation Navy.
She was in command of the defense forces in the Starfall System when the Gbaba fleet attacked. She was able to cover the retreat of a few survivors who were to bring news of the assault to other Federation worlds, but she and most of her ships were annihilated along with the rest of the Terran population.
