The Monastery of Saint Zherneau was the mother monastery and secret headquarters of the Brethren of Saint Zherneau in Tellesberg.
Throughout its history it was a monastery without any fixed allegiance to one order of the Church of God Awaiting. After the Schism it alligned itself firmly with the Church of Charis. (BSRA)
Unlike other monasteries, the Monastery of Saint Zherneau's members did not take a vow of silence. Even during meal times, they were encouraged to speak, and even to laugh. (HFAF)
