An ancient baseball field on Earth
Baseball was a sport played with great relish back on Earth and on Safehold.
It was a bat-and-ball sport played between two teams of nine players each.
The administrative council of Operation Ark chose to keep baseball alive when they purged the memories of the Adams and Eves, and the sport thus became the most popular one on Safehold. The Kingdom of Charis had a national baseball championship with teams from several major cities. (OAR)
